GENERAL TERMS
The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service provided that members will be notified via email at least three (3) calendar days before the date of its effectivity. If the member did not initiate any action such as freezing/cancellation of his/her membership and/or continues to use the facilities after any amendments to these Terms of Service, it will constitute the member’s acknowledgement of the amendments and the member’s consent to abide and be bound with the amended Terms of Service.
- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use fitness equipment.
- Members participating in Dstars gym must take responsibility for their own exercise risks.
- Dstars gym is not liable for any injuries that individuals participating in exercise activities might suffer. Participation in exercise activities is voluntary.
- Please sign in at the front desk and present your membership card before starting your workout. Failure to provide proper identification may result in being denied access to the fitness center.
- Pets are not allowed in the gym.
- Bags should be placed in the designated bag area, and members are fully responsible for checking their bags and personal belongings.
- Members are responsible for their personal belongings within Dstars gym. Dstars gym is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Always wear appropriate workout attire. Casual clothing is not allowed: No jeans, denim shorts, or clothing with zippers or studs. No open-toed shoes, flip-flops, boots, or casual shoes. Improper attire will result in denied entry for exercise.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited before or during gym entry. Members showing signs of intoxication will be denied access or asked to leave immediately.
- Smoking, using tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the gym.
- Eating and drinking, except for capped water bottles, are prohibited within the gym.
- Please refrain from disturbing or interfering with other members' workouts. Dstars gym does not tolerate pranks, foul language, racial discrimination, or gender discrimination.
- Weight plates must not be leaned against equipment racks, walls, or machines.
- Weight plates, dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells must not be dropped.
- Please return weights and equipment to their proper places after use.
- Use cleaning station supplies to clean equipment after use.
- Members and guests are not allowed to bring their own equipment into Dstars gym.
- We warmly welcome external coaches to conduct classes for their students within our premises. However, it is strictly prohibited to solicit services or promote any products to other members while in the gym.
- To maintain a friendly and comfortable atmosphere within our gym, we have a strict no-solicitation policy. All visitors, coaches, and members, including external collaborators, are prohibited from selling or promoting any products or services to other gym members while on the premises.
- Use of chalk or other powders or fragrances is strictly prohibited.
- Use of devices with camera/video capabilities is allowed in all other areas of the facility, provided it is for personal use and does not disrupt other members' activities.
- Taking photos, videos, or creating digital content is prohibited without prior approval from both the recorded individual and Dstars gym management.
- Unauthorized commercial activities or use of the facility for personal or economic gain, including promotion, advertising, private instruction, or solicitation for personal services, businesses, or organizations, are prohibited.
- Failure to comply with reasonable requests from gym staff may result in denial of entry, temporary or permanent suspension of membership privileges.
- Dstars gym reserves the right to change machine layouts, or remove/add equipment at any time without prior notice to members, as part of our quality assurance and service improvement efforts.
- Dstars fitness gym reserves the right to revoke membership at its discretion, without the need to provide justification.
It is the sole responsibility/obligation of the member to update his/her Customer Information Record, if needed. Requests to update records must be sent to the official email address of the Club. This may also be done face-to-face at the gym office. Requests made thru calls, SMS, or social media will not be honored.
1.) You are required to have your picture taken for your membership to identify you at check-in and for safety reasons.
2.)Taking photos or filming of others is not permitted without their prior knowledge and consent, and under no circumstances is any photography or filming permitted within the Restroom.
3.) If you are seen to be taking photographs or filming, we may ask you to show us any images which you have taken within Little Space or the Club and to delete them if appropriate. If a member of our team asks you to stop filming or taking photographs you must do so.
4.) Please note that Dstars fitness gym takes photographs, video, of our various programs, activities, and special events or social media promotion. During these various programs, a photograph or video/audio recording may be taken of you. Unless you request otherwise, your participation will be considered permission for Dstars fitness gym to photograph, film, audio/video tape, record and/or televise your image and/or voice use in any publications or promotional materials, in any medium now known or developed in the future without any restrictions. If you object to Recreation Services using your image or voice in this manner, please notify the management of Dstars fitness gym.
5.)Dstars Fitness Gym has installed Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras inside and outside of Gym.
5.1)Dstars Fitness Gym has done so in order to:
Promote the safety and protection of our members and other visitors to our premises; Endorse in the safety and protection of our employees; Deter and investigate theft or damage to our property (and property of our members and staff); Actively and openly promote the security of our premises to current and potential members; and Ensure the efficient and orderly running of our gym.
Physical or verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, hazing, coercion and/or other conduct which threatens or endangers the health or safety of any person. Unauthorized Entry including entry prior to payment of Fitness Center membership dues. Disorderly or lewd conduct including disorder associated with alcohol or controlled substances.
The Club shall be free from any liability or obligation on circumstances beyond its control such as but not limited to war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic, pandemic, flood, or any event described by the legal term, “Acts of God”. The Club however, should be fair enough to extend payment suspensions and/or other options to members only during times of temporary closure as mandated by the government due to events covered by “Acts of God”. Nevertheless, the Refund Policy Clause still applies.
